What a scam these people are running. They seem to go after the people who seem to want to make their lives better but they tend to make your life so much harder than it is. My husband and I started a small company in August and of course was soliciated by this company, what a mistake.
After a year, our company was not doing well and we decided to end it. We sent the machine back and told them that the bank account that it was linked too was about to close and if they would send the statements or invoices for the monthly payments to our home address. At the time they stated there would be no problem sending a statement but now 6 months later still no statement or invoice, we use this information for tax purposes and to have on file to assure that the payments would be accurately credited.
Now with harassing calls almost daily and a bad mark on our credit report this company has not tried to make things right.
I am totally with that one gentleman who suggests that we bring a civil suit to this company. Send their machines back and get out of this stupid contract. These people seem to attack the people who are naive and take advantage of these people.
