I had a very poor experience doing business with Affinity Mortgage and Dan Fullmer. He was very deceptive in his business practices. I would be very careful doing business with him. He took our product and used it and then without warning tried to charge back on his credit card over $6,000. Keep in mind this is after he used the product and it could not be returned. This is probably a reoccuring issue and a bait and switch tactic. I wonder how he treats his mortgage clients and how he could be a licensed financial person? Please be careful with Dan Fullmer and Affinity Mortgage. Please feel free to contact me with any questions BEFORE doing business with him and I can fill you in on how he works.
