Homeside lending lost 4 of our payements$1595. And started harasing us.By the time we could get them to accept anything from us (after using a BAD service found on line) they were bought out by WM.
Finally got one person to work with us to get our now 7 month delinquit acct. Up to date, after forclosure starting and all the notices of sherif sale (about 4 a week!) through a special forbarance agrement. We have paid on for 30 months 1/3 of a payment ontop of our regular morgatge payment. The special forbarance was set to end Sept being our last payment to this to catch up.
Lo and behold they will not accept our regular payments! Suprise Tracy had miss caculated and wrote it wrong we still owe 3 months worth of payments!
After fighting with her she no longer would work with us and passed us on to a New rep. He says after all this time of digently paying he wants to put these 3 payments on the back of the loan (I had taken a pay cut of nearly $2000 a month) we think we finally have it worked out nicely and can re-fi this 9.7% intrest loan! Well nope after re-filling out for the new forbarance agreement. Our old agreement was well over 1900$ and we had a few months of almost not making it.
We recive the new agrement today 9 payments of $2458 and all the way untill Oct! We are not signing it and hopefully can get this resolved IF WE CAN EVEN TALK TO THE PERSON WHO SET IT UP.
As far as I'm concerned there mistakes there damn loss we have gone above and beyond to do the right thing living on a negetive bank acount for over 3 years eating cheap hot dogs and ramen nodles to keep this home and now this!
At the time we sent this in our total monthly incom was only 3000 after utillity bills and gas to get to work how do we even feed our child?
Thank God I started a new job and if we must we can make the new payment, but how do I put a new roof on this home? Its starting to fall apart, or replumb it? Its all rusted out leaking galvanised pipe, a sewer line over 65 years old? Going to a septic systen that must be full by now (and all the new city water and sewer is just sitting at the property line waiting).
This should have been less than the original forbarance
we can't even re-fi because it shows us 7 months late still even thogh we have paid as agreed for all these months.
Not looking for help unless you really have some.

Thanks Washington Mutual your so comunity firendly all my late fees must have bought the over 895 new store front banks you put all ove Illinois to rip more off!
