Elizabeth Burton, Terresa Mansfield, Jim Mcgee Loan Modification, reduce mortgage interest

Fidelity Support Services, submitted paperwork to assist me in a loan modification. Unfortunately they have disappeared in two weeks time. I am in trouble with the mortgage company per their advice. I am in trouble due to this company and hopefully can dig out.

Janice McCarty, Crystal, Edna all from the FL branch promised to lower my mortgage. I paid them over $1,000 but mortgage company agreed to six months then reevaluate. Rates still over 9%. Fidelity Failed to follow up on their promise
