Fidelity Corp (East Coast Fidelity, LLC)
Janice McCarty, Crystal, Edna all from the FL branch promised to lower my mortgage. I paid them over $1,000 but mortgage company agreed to six months then reevaluate. Rates still over 9%. Fidelity Failed to follow up on their promise

Fidelity Corp called after I replied on the Internet with regard to Loan Modification due to Hardship and the mortgage company refused to respond. I paid the company over $1,000 to negotiate a settlement. The negotiation lead to a six month trial and then permanent lowering of interest, payments, escrow. The reasoning was do to medical hardship and loss of income.

No escrow was established and after the six month, the mortgage went back to original payments with interest of 9.4%. The mortgage company stated was only for a brief period not long term. Fidelity doesn't reply nor return phone calls.
