Stay away! I'm going to take my time writing this because I am so angry that I need to write this all out. FINE PRINT: for refund, you have to have your mortgage company put in writing on letter head that they REFUSE to work with you, or lower your rate. This will never happen. Good luck getting the mortgage company to cooperate. Its a scam. Ever notice how there is NO ADDRESS on any of the emails you get? There's a reason. They can't be reported without it. They scare you into thinking everything has to be done on THEIR terms, when in fact YOU PAID THEM. They should work on YOUR terms. Period. Elizabeth Burton is a helpful person, an probably feels bad about scamming people. They tell you this bull about being extremely versed in FHA programs and bull, but the fact remains - they just want your money. They do absolutely NOTHING to earn it. Do a search for FREE modification and all the paperwork you fill out for this company is EXACTLY the same. I have been trying for MONTHS to get a letter from the mortgage company - to no avail, and Fidelity KNOWS the mortgage company will never produce such a document. They are being reported to the FBI for fraud— so if you do not heed this warning, shame on you.
