On November 12 I spoke with a Kim Mimi, about a situation with getting HouseHold Auto to endorse a check, for repairs on a car that I purchased through them. Short of telling me word for word to go f* my self, is what I was told. The reps were rude, and nasty. The supervisor was useless and stupid. There requests were out of this world. At one point the supervisor told me that I need to quit being a little bitch and grow up. What kind of business useses this kind of language with their customers. I personaly would love to see HouseHold Auto Finance go down the drain.
