I recently recently began marketing products on ebay and that I was unexperienced when it found a customer being disappointed having an object and just how to issue a return. On December 14, I offered a brand new, unopened container of Ralph Lauren Blue Fragrance, the customer obtained them on December 17. Immediately, she delivered mean email stating the product wasn't as descibed. I actually donot understand how otherwise to explain a fragrance apart from what it's which it's fresh and it has never been dispersed. I Never purchase items to sell, all items are my own products. She continued to express that she couldn't utilize it, that she didn't such as the fragrance which it smelled old to her. I felt horrible that she didn't such as the fragrance and returned her instantly. She didn't provide to come back the fragrance, and so I questioned her if she'd return it in my experience easily delivered her the shipping. She stated she'd conform if more income was delivered. 24 hours later, after placing more thought in to the scenario, I chose to contact ebay. They recommended me NEVER TO provide a returned before product was in my fingers. I had been also recommended not to deliver anything towards the customer and have her to deliver them back. I did so when I was recommended to, today the customer won't react to my emails. She's a brand new container of fragrance and her $76.43 back, and of course it charge me $9.45 in delivery to deliver it to her. If this isn't robbery, I actually donot understand what is. Nowadays, I talked with ebay again, this individual stated that since I have returned the cash before getting the product delivered in my experience, I'm not included in the customer protection which I ought to simply deliver a postage-paid label towards the customer to protect the return shipment. Ebay actually went as far as to express that I really could have perhaps offered an immitation fragrance which I'd have to confirm the purchase. I informed ebay that used to do not need a bill, easily had, I'd have simply delivered the fragrance towards the shop in the place of attempting to sell it on ebay. This customer is just a fraud artist and Ebay does nothing to shields the vendors from these organisms!!
