I recieved a call from cons call home inmate telophone services on 1/17 stated that i was over my monthly minutes i purchased 100 minutes and also paid my monthly payment for my account and i was able to recieve calls on 1/18 my account was suspended operater staited that i had went over my minutes again i explained to her that wasn't possible i just purchased 100 minutes the day before and had only used 86 minutes and min monthly minutes were due to kick in at 12 midnight she stated that i had went our and they supended my asccount now i cant recieve any calls and thats unfare to me because they recieved there money for the month y cant i be able to use the minutes that i paid fo
