PNC Mortgage does not process loan modification documents for homeowners as required by law. PNC Bank, PNC Mortgage does NOT follow Federal and State Finance practices. They have not mailed documentation they are required to send for the loan modification process. PNC has falsely said I would qualify for a loan modification on three separate occasions. PNC has also NOT responded to OCC request for documents inregard to this case. PNC has also FALSIFIED documentation and lied to Washington State Attorney General's offce. PNC wants to forclose because FHA will pay them for the loan PLUS they recieve money at auction! So PNC will be paid TWICE for the same house!
The first time I requested a hardship request, hardship reason, loss of income, they said that I would only qualify for a workout packet (hardship loan modification) if I was four months behind on my mortgage, I kept seeing all the federal commercials hearing about the loan modification loans to help prevent foreclosure from TV commercials.
