Giving me money taking out double

I transferred a look at my account following the retaining time the cash was put in my account following a couple more times I got the cash out-of my account after taking a look at my bank declaration times after getting my cash out they'd obtained the check-out of my account and stated I'd to pay for the cash back as well as included on facility costs since that time they shut my account and that I couldn't actually deposit my look at the consideration. Can they do that
