Citi Financial has shown me no proof, as of this date, that I signed paperwork or cashed any checks for $19,000.00.

It has been listed as an unsecured loan. I do not have good enough credit to get an unsecured loan of this amount. Help! Show me the paperwork! Show me the canceled check that I cashed!
