Can't even talk to an in-store tech about the avaiable items that is IN-store pickup

After having fun with waiting while being charged to call out of 831, found a toll free number and gave that a try. They do not even want you calling the corporate store office...

What is the point of even calling the call center if they can't help you with in store pick ups or offers?
