Me and my husband had been with kohl's for the past 6 years. My aunt paid cash for the purchase and in order to get 15% off i showed the cashier my kohl's charge. She scanned it. I thought she scanned it because she wanted to give discount. I didnot even look at the receipt thinking that cash payment has been done. I got to know that i paid twice the amount when i returned a shirt. Customer service said its kohl's charge not cash. I went to manager and asket him to look in the camera that we paid cash. He was not ready to listen and yelled on me. He didnot show any interest to help me out. He said his cash was never over. It means the money is in his pocket. And its the worst customer service i had ever received in my life. God knows exactly what happened and who so ever got the money will have to pay for that...
