Mygroupon is due to expire so I decide to make an appointment just a week in advance, tried several occasion to call during the working hours it hard luck to get through and so diverted to voice mail! And so I left a voice mail as well as an email stating that I would like to make an appointment for the lava shell massage! I then received a replied a day later saying their booking is full so Iwon'be able to book it! They have just left it like this and never replied to me since!
I would like to have a full refund of this voucher as its still not expire, and of course i will definiately wont use that philosophy medi-spa in the future! Customer service is terribled
