I am very disappointment in this company customer service matter! I was told to call in before the due date to cancel the product but when i did, the other customer service told me that the i should have call yesterday and the order already ship out! Understand to train your employees to say the correct information. Cause now i have to end up getting the products that i did not asked for and have to ship the product back when i dont have time! When i asked to talk to the supervisor about the matter they told me the problem have to get back to them in 2-3 business days. That so bad for a new company products. I make sure that i will spread the words around online ^_^
