I am very dissatisfied with Ulta.com. I placed my order using the $10 off coupon and spent a total of $51 plus tax. Today I have recieved an email that one of my iteams are no longer available thus my charge went up $3 dollars plus tax!!! I really needed that one product too. I expected the online notice of the product being out of stock before I made the purchase. Not to mention alot of the products i needed are out of stock! Otherwise I wouldnt have bought anything! I only spent the 50 plus becaue they offer free shipping. Because of this inconvienience I would like to cancle/Return my whole order. Next time I will not be using utla.com. Thanks.
