Groupon is a spam company that's gone from okay to irritating to now close to unbearable. Their businesses model is spamming and they won’t let you go until you change your email for good. Too bad they diluted themselves to this level. At $15bn MCAP this is laughable and not a viable business model. I would change my email and dump the stock.
