I requested a ring on February 3 it had been a ring package with free environment, Padparadscha sapphire, I understood the rock was lab-created, but I had been thrilled about that band, at that same period I requested 3 additional products, i which I had been informed that I'd not be getting. Nicely on 2/15 I purchase a totally free environment Ametrine ring, I receiced this ring, using the Padparadscha bill about the subsequent Fri. I thought it had been a neglect pick, and so I waited within the weekend when, Mon arrived it had been Presidents Time nota email shipping morning, therefore Tues. Following the email, I named Jtv, informed them what occurred, was informed by customer support that she sent the factory, which it'd be-all sorted out, I had been on-hold 25min. That point. Waited till 2/29 named again, described what happen again. On the 3/2 I received a notice via email from paypal that I had been refunded the money. The cash for that Ametrine, not the padparadscha Pearl, Today I'm shifting to Mexico and named again, informed them their mistake, and thus today it's to overdue in order for them to deliver me out a band, however they are refunding me $3.40 more, must have returned me the cash for both bands, cannot ship back Ametrine don't have any bill, not my mistake JTV's mistake.
