On July 25th I went into the Cost Cutters on Madison Street in Clarksville TN to get a lip wax. This was my first time getting one so I was not sure what to expect. The wax was hot but I do not know how hot it is supose to be. After the waxing was finished my lip was really red but I thought it was normal to be that way. I went home immediatly and stayed home the entire day. After about 5 hours I noticed that the redness was not going down but seemed to be getting worse. That is when I took a closer look at my lip and realized that my skin was torn off. When I woke up the next morning it had got worse. I went into to show Cost Cutters what had happened so it would not happen to anyone else. I spoke to the manager Carla and she informed me that I may get a refund back but she would have to pass the information higher. I know that this was not done on purpose but I do not feel that a letter or a comment could really describe how I look right now. I had to go to the doctor for some cream and she stated that it may scar. This is not a small area that is effected this is more than half my upper lip, it is dark and nasty looking. I would love for someone to please contact me so I can send in my pictures. To be honest I am not sure what the right answer is here but I do know that how I look is not right.
