I'm partially at fault. I created the error of signing a-3 month agreement with Massage Levels to obtain a massage in July, July and May. Our July and September visit went okay. Our July visit arrived around and that I had scheduling issues because of my training timetable. After I named at the conclusion of July to plan my visit and stop my 3-month agreement, I had been informed I really could go right ahead and plan my last visit in Sept which my charge card wouldn't be billed any more since I'd satisfied my contract responsibilities. I went set for my last massage and upon check-out requested again if my charge card was all set which I'dnot be billed in Sept. The woman operating explained "No". I tested my charge card statement online afterwards in Sept and observed Massage Levels billed me for another massage ($54.99). Obviously, I named to go over the problem and that I was informed she'd have to talk to the dog owner. I waited three times to get a return phone and lastly called them back. I used to be informed whatever the discussion which was had, I'd be billed again upon termination since I did not stop in no time. I am aware a contract is just a deal, nevertheless, when discussing the problem I advised the supervisor I talked with that I felt robbed. She nicely explained to not feel robbed and also to are available in for my last massage. When questioned if there is something to complete to resolve the issue, I had been informed "sadly... No". Great company Massage Levels. Method to keep your visitors happy. I guess they reach maintain my cash however they have dropped my company. I wonder just how long they'll last within this economy managing a small company in Omaha in this method. Best of luck... They will have undoubtedly dropped my company. I am a middle school teacher.
