I had been first launched for them and David Lewis (so-called Advisor) in June. These were saturated in guarantees and works around my obligations. I had been guaranteed services in Bristol as this really is where I work. I offered the required £250 deposit as required and was informed they might contact me in a couple weeks to set up the following conference.
Consequently after not reading from their store in nearly 6 months, and after continuous attempting and talking with their so-called assistant whom guaranteed me she'd get anyone to contact me, nothing happened. I ultimately bought among Lewisis oppois who stated that Bristol was from the issue and that I would need to show up to Manchester. It was not what I decided, I reported and requested for my cash back. I had been informed level that I really couldnot.
I've been attempting to contact them for pretty much 4 weeks without accomplishment, I've had 2 emails from Lewis attempting to hand me off.
The corporation is just a SCAM along with a SHAME. Don't contact-or get drawn directly into their lies.
I'm just one parent and function very difficult for what little cash I get, they've robbed me.
I'm no nearer to obtaining my money-back and they'll not return my calls.
