I bought a Swarovski band in the Swarovski site. The 2nd period I used the band in early March, the rear aspect of the band broke while I had been clapping my fingers. The paradox is the fact that I had been sporting the brand new band on my left-hand and was sporting another Swarovski band on my right-hand and also the contact bewteen both bands triggered the whole rear of the band to break and break. I named Swarovski customer support and informed them of the issue. I had been educated the band couldn't be fixed and also to substitute the band I'd need to spend half the retail cost of the band plus delivery/handling and duty. Their guarantee claims they protect production and substance flaws under regular use, starting 2 yrs in the day of purchase. I deal that clapping palms is regular use!
