Mr. Mizher, I received emails from your Customer Service on 6 Apr, cancelling my account, RMA #'s for return of products and one saying I would be receiving my credit. I called on 20 Apr and was told I would get my refund of $159.98 within 24 hrs. I called again on 22 Apr and asked for an email stating that once again I would have my money ASAP, but I was ignored. I can ill afford the hit I have taken from your company. Thank you for your help.
