I order 10 and got teo with no notice of when or if the other would be delivered. I left messages by phone and by email which after over a week still have not been answered. They have a message that says they have live help but they do not have any live help links as they say. They simply have no customer service and give you no answeres. My advice is to have the charge reversed by your credit card company so they are forced to do something. Seems they just take off when they feel like it and leave you wondering where your order is. Poor service.
