I placed order online - 8 March. Have had no problem with this company with prior orders. Item on 8 March was charged same day but I have received no shipping notice and no product. Have had no response to email - which I sent per their protocol. They have my money, I have no product and evidently no way to find out what has happened as they do not post phone number.
