On nov 29th i visited the mall along with the first-person i experienced and was mobbed by was a salesman in the kiosk. After 2 hours of on and on sales presentation and products on my hands and face and eyes i had been costs over $2000.00 in goods a number of them were also identical items but with other names. Used to do not take the products with me as there were many boxes and that i was on holiday. They said they'd ship them in 7-10 times. Upon my return to the 2nd of dec. At 748am i named customer support and asked them not to ship these products when i didn't want them and asked them to cancel my different. They said someone would call-back i acquired a phone at 3:58 pm from saying the package have been shipped!!! I told them that i'd not accept the merchandise and they said no returns were approved, i told him that i had been not returning anything since i have didn't have these products. I reject these products on dec 6th sent by ups and also the notice mentioned they had undoubtedly been shipped on dec 2nd although not till 9:46pm.
I expected my credit card company to return the charges so that as i did so not have these products they received a letter from "center retail", feeling maintenance company stating that the moment the products are paid for they can't be returned, whether you've them in your property or not. They suggest that the sales can't be reversed and becomes final the minute the credit card charge is authorized.
I wrote a letter to the mall government on january 4th requesting them to help me resolve this matter and not received a solution. Around this day, over 3 months, i've not been contacted by feeling items and they've not tried again to send me the cosmetics. I'd believe by now these products have now been resold and resold.
Obviously that when you cope with this people that you don't possess the energy to see other stores within the mall along with the other tenants in the mall ought to be disappointed of how that is affecting them aswell.
