Taken care of top end band through paypal in June. Picture of finished custom jewelry e mailed in March. Shipping restrictions realized paypal's guarantee. Kaisilver proceeds to provide jewelry with 6-8 week shipping, but conversations with others show they neglect to provide or provide in an acceptable schedule.
