Ordered flowers for my wire because she was having a surgery on 5/10. Paid for same day delivery. Was called a couple hours later saying that all their florists were busy and was it OK if they delivered on 5/11. I said OK, but had to request a refund of same day delivery fee. Waited all day 5/11 for the delivery, finally called around 5 pm to ask if it was going to be delivered. They said the order never got sent to florist and was it OK to deliver on 5/12. I said no and requested refund. They said it would up to 7 days before I would get my money back.
