I observed the marketing for hydroxalize and believed I Would try the product out given that they promoted a thirty-day free trial offer. After I obtained it, it was not what I believed, it started annoying my skin and that I stopped using it. Nevertheless when I went searching for the return tag, there isnot one within the bundle it arrived in. After I talked to customer support, they almost screamed back and mentioned, " We pack a return label in most bundle we promote friend". I paid $8.00 to deliver it back plus they struck my bill twice, when for $3.00 and another for $69.95. I actually delivered back a little bundle of supplements and billed me for them likewise. Today, I'm waiting patiently to determine when they do return my cash, since I have delivered their item back with evidence of shipping. I am unsure if I must consider losing and contact this a lesson learned, or may they credit my bank. Richie M
