The repetition stated there is an issue with my mailing address and so they'd hit $20.00 off the cost and might provide me the following month free. What an idiot I'm I thought the repetition. 30 days later a still don't have any item only a cost to my bill. Our statement from my cred. Card said these were spending an offshore company on Cypress.
