No reffund on returned jewelry

I purchased jewellery worth $1394, through Amazon.com from Allejewelry.com couple years back. It appeared nothing beats publicized, and so I sent it back. After I named alle about reimbursement, they kept showing me, that they can "look after it". Couldn't obtain the reimbursement from my charge card, because it was over 2 month after I named to protest.

I can not think, that online organization may metal from people-so quickly.
