In febuaury 2010 I Erica Bass place in my demand off-days for that month of May. Ms. Tammy Miller (OUR BOSS) and that I Usually discuss forthcoming activities, scheduals as well as individual problems. I had a need to possibly be off or be out by 1pm on may30th. (I lived around 35 min.in the salon) I had been certain to become the first ever to publish my request.in april I lay humor Ms. Tammy Miller and we mentioned the schedualing for that month of may. Tammy and that I determined THAT I'd FUNCTION 10AM TO 1PM. The month of may arrived and that I wasn't worried since Tammy and that I had previously mentioned and looked after my schedual. Three times just before may 30th Tammy ultimately published the schedual. The schedual mentioned that about the 30th I were to function 10am to 5pm, and there have been however 2 additional stylist available to schedual for that change (Diana, Dana). However she was hectic and everytime I experimented with contact her, she wasn't availiable. On lay. May 29th I talked to Tammy concerning the schedual, she told me the cause 10 to 5 was there just because a former worker (Gloria) had quit. I subsequently told Tammy that I had been nevertheless absolutely certain I'd not be accessible. And so I extended my everyday responsibilities and completed my change. On sunlight. May31st (FUNERAL EVENING) I arrived directly into wrk at 8:38am and instantly began finishing my responsibilities and put up my stop for that work change. I did so one haircut and also the was no delay period and so I visited the rear and began folding clean towels. Mr. Carl Smith (THE FRANCHISEE) arrived in as normal, and stated "Day!" which was standard. I finsh the towels and began the capes and also the door-bell went down and so I was examining to determine if there is a person waiting. When I start the doorway Mr. Carl and that I nearly knocked into eachother and Tammy was behind him. Tammy requested that i come talk to her another. Tammy mentioned that I ought to have remained about the 30th til 5pm since the salon dropped 6 clients. Which "Lisa stated that I stated I had been likely to become dismissed." WHICH WAS TAMMY'S DEFENSE AND ONLY REASON TO FIRE ME! (I HAD BEEN THEN ASKED TO PLEASE SIGN THE TERMINATION TYPE) Therefore she subsequently stated I had been ended.
