I ordered the 'free' trial. I cancelled the order but was not 'reminded' to send the product back. I was not aware that you had to return the product. Must have been in the fine print. Now they are telling me that for $80 they will close my account. This is the first time I received any correspondence from the company and it is their collection department. I have looked up this product again and see nothing in the ad about sending back the product.in fact they just keep changing the name to lure more people in. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant. Gov/FTC_Wizard. Aspx? Lang=en) to submit complaints. I encourage everyone else to do the same.
