I came to get a hair cut and a straight razor shave on my face. The haircut was fine, no problem there. But the shave was obviously horriible. There were patches of hair everywhere. Terrible job. When I saw the horrible job done, I brought it to the attention of the owner. He was not willing to give me my money back, or fix it. A straight razor shave is suppose to be the closest shave you can get. If I could show you how my face looks right now, you would be AMAZED! I could have (and do) done a better job with a plastic throw-away razor. Their only suggestion was that it would be better next time, which obviously I won't be back cause I paid and had an incompetent job done. How pathetic. If you want a patchy shave and cuts on your face, go see these rookies at Blade Barbershop in Van Nuys, California. Wow!!! If you only serve every customer once because you don't know how to offer service, you are soon to run out of business. And with no willlingness to make it right. There was no hostile conversation about it. I calmly asked for something to be done right. And he would not do so. I calmly left. But I will make this known. The owners name is KG. He is a terrible one at that. This business won't last long. I will post this information on every possible site, the better business bureau, and the secretary of state.
