Well so far I purchased The wonder years 7 disks for my husband for his birthday. Came with fast delivery " very promt service."
It states on there website that each item is checked prior to shipment, but disks 3 & 4 freeze and disk 5 is not even the wonder years its Sister sister. And 7 is blank. These disks are also low quality recorded from TV. I believe this is illegal by the way. At this point there not responding to my emails or answering the phones etc.
My complaint thus far is that everything that they state on their web site is false. No prompt responses, and they do not check for 100 quality before they ship.
IT IS NOT 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
