Nude Moisturizer Changed Texture and Leaks Granular Liquid

I have had a bad experience with a Dior nude moisturizer I purchased from Sephora Dubai. It has changed texture and the liquid is flowing out of the pump with some granular particles. I m not sure if the product is safe to use on my face.
