Exactly what a fraud! I requested the product 8/25/09 to get a $1.95 delivery fee (. 28 international purchase charge?). Used to donot obtain it until 9/15/09, per week after their "concealed" cancellation policy. I named on 9/22 to come back, going out the wait in shipping in addition to fourteen days not being the full time to actually understand if it worked or not. I had been provided a return quantity and required to deliver the container back to get a complete refund. I did so email back on 9/22 and obtained evidence of shipping on 9/24. Additionally acquired e-mail out of this outift declaring I'd obtain a reimbursement upon receipt of item. I sent mail using the day and period of item shipping for them. Once they obtained the merchandise, they corrected themselves and stated they'd stop further deliveries but wouldn't return as previously mentioned in previous mail. I have named customer support a large number of period and last moment I increased to some supervisor, Brandon Lopez stated he'd check up on it and also to contact him back on Friday. I did so contact Brandon back and was on-hold 2hr 16 mins awaiting him. They eventually put on me. This ensemble is just a fraud - is anyone doing something about them? Has anybody noticed when there is a situation lawyeris customer fraud department pursuing them from any claims? I actually have a contact encouraging a complete reimbursement they WOn't recognition!
