Dropped $120.00 to Doba once they charged a restocking charge for an gemstone they sent that was the incorrect size. First they stated there could be no restocking charge within an email. They returned merely a partial cost and maintain the remainder like a restocking charge. Personally I think that Doba has misrepresented itself. And really should get this problem right. Like a participant of the support I've lost belief within their capability to be considered a great organization to complete business with.
