DOBA lied about the service they promised me. DOBA sold me a membership to Turnkey Store Builder. All transaction were done through DOBA. They told me Turnkey would help me build my site. When I tried to contact Turnkey, there was no phone number. DOBA told me Turnkey has no phone support, and that I had to email them.
I emailed Turnkey like DOBA said, but found out they only get their emails sporatically. DOBA said they only get their emails certain days. DOBA refused to let me change to another web builder. I had to find another one and pay for that one. I put a stop payment on my credit card. I went to the Better Business Bureau. I was shocked to find they had over 188 complaints against them! DOBA responded that I had to let the credit card go throughor ELSE. They are threatening me with criminal and/or legal action. I am now looking for a lawyer interested in finling a class action lawsuit against them. I urge anyone hurt by DOBA to contact me. We need to protect ourselves from being taken advantage of by this comnpany.
