I bought a sophia fiori location band on San Juan, PR. Carnival Cruise lines assured repurchase of the band while about the sail within thirty days. This can be a total rest about the area of the cruise line. We delivered the ring to Ventian Dealers who stated we ruined the band. Carnival Cruise Lines switched me to PPI who mentioned they just attempted to discuss funds using the Jeweler. Venetian Dealers is going to do something or express something to maintain them from acknowledging they offered a faulty item. The band was resized which triggered insufficient ethics of the environment. We've a Gemologist's Statement stating the environment wasn't by any means endangered.
