Carnival Cruise Lines lost my luggage after a two week cruise with all of my MEDICATIONS, not to mention my other valuables and souvenirs. I was sent home without it with the understanding that it would be delivered to the airport for my flight.
I started calling Carnival and for two days I was treated rudely (especially by Guest Relations Supervisor, Martha Colon. I express issues with insurance and refilling the prescriptions and the necesscity to take them.
I was told too bad, someone would contact me in Eight weeks. I have sadly received a letter confirming the conversation.
