Cut ear during hair cut

May I suggest that when you cut a person's ear you at least sterilize the wound? I have been in pain all night from when you cut my ear yesterday during my hair cut. Because of the damage caused by your negligence please refund the cost of my hair cut: $13.90. You may send my refund check to my Post Office Box 808, Gibbon, NE 68840.
