I requested the merchandise having a one month free trial offer. I named inside the thirty days and stated I needed to come back the merchandise. She stated that it had been too late for that $87 to not be billed to my credit card but the moment they obtained the merchandise, they'd return to my card. She offered mean RMA number and that I shipped it. Following a handful of months, I still haven't gotten the reimbursement and so I named their customer support. The repetition that responded was really rude and stated that I'd not delivered it within thirty days therefore wouldn't get a return. I told him which wasnot true. I did so return it within thirty days and likewise, the individual I'd voiced to before stated it'd be returned. He explained he was closing the phone call since there is nothing else to go over. I'd not obtain a return.
