Bought a set of diamond stud earrings. Site provides free shipping but I needed the earrings rapidly and so I paid additional for fast delivery. Did not obtain earrings for over three months! After I named to protest the client support broker was rude and unhelpful. After I ultimately obtained the earrings the standard was terrible, nothing beats they confirmed on the site.
