Attempting to stop and obtain a reimbursement on item I delivered back

I've delivered back 4 items under 1 return number. That was directed at me by Althea. Today they're stating they'll not provide me credit for several 4 beacuse I just had one return Quantity. The organization just offered me one no. I'm implementing to Afghanistan quickly and want to get this fixed.
