I ordered the free 14 day trial with the understanding that my account would be deducted $86.82 unless I notified the company that I wanted to stop. However, I understood this to mean that I would be charged for the NEXT monthly order instead of being charged for the FREE MONTHLY ORDER AFTER 14 DAYS!
Be careful because judging from the other complaints listed, this company is nothing but a SCAM artist. To make it even more dishonest, the product was tried by some NBC and newspaper people who gave it their recommendation. Before they put their reputation and name on something they should be sure that the way the company advertises and stipulates FREE trial and sends out vague and unclear messages as to what is CLEAR. They should be ashamed of themselves!
When I called, they were evidently ready with an immediate answer which verifies the fact that they get these complaints all the time. Isn't there anyone who is honest around here.By the way, the call went through India like so many other scam artists use. I kept my balance low and told the bank to return the product when it bounced from my account.
