This is actually the worst organization I Have ever handled. First they randomly determined that I needed the product and billed me $50 without my agreement. I instantly called after I noticed the charge, and that I was informed from the consultant that after item comes I ought to go back to sender and that I might obtain a credit for that bogus charge. I did so that the month before, and also have named Cust Serv 4 times today, and obtain another tale each time, plus they WOn't credit me. I've to publish a state to my lender plus they are likely to press charges. It's been the toughest customer support expertise. I don't suggest anybody orders something from these folks because of the bad cust service.
