Poor Customer Support. They don't react to emails, telephone calls or snail-mail. Was delivered a smaller/wrong item without handle after a few months. Its a crap-shoot together, if anything moves easily you're ok but any problems at-all, there's NO conversation. I'd recommend searching to get a greater store, its not worth your own time or any possible savings.
