Every time I place my order I am charged 69.75 for 4 items instead of the 29.95 as advertised. When you ask them why they say cause you customized the order. Nowhere on the site does it say you can’t customize or you will be charged more.in fact if you look under home delivery program it says as long as you stay in home delivery you will be charged 29.95.
I also went to add to my order when I rcvd a book with my last order showing 40% off items, so when I put in my order it showed full price. When I called they said I would have to put in a one-time order and not add to my regular order from the home delivery. I explained that I would then have to pay extra shipping if I did that and she agreed. So again in the book nowhere does it say this and that you would have to pay shipping to have it separate. I have now gotten out of the program after 2 yrs of every time I place an order paying to much and told something different from the site. The product was OK but I believe I can find something similar to this product for a lot less.
